This is a low total time 172H, pretty well always hangared and not flown in recent years. Flown recently on permit to fly and the engineer said flew very nicely. It would make a great base for 180 HP upgrade. All perspex in good condition – fitted with 6″ nose wheel original was 5″ – EGT – Hour meter – Droop wing tips – Supplement for MoGas approval.
